摘要 目的：观察“春秋分免疫贴”治疗产后风湿症的临床疗效。方法：予48 名产后风湿症患者连续3 年“春
秋分免疫贴”治疗，观察“春秋分免疫贴”治疗风寒湿痹阻型产后风湿症的临床疗效，比较治疗前后中医证候
评分。结果：经过“春秋分免疫贴”连续治疗3 年后临床控制6 例（12.5％），显效13 例（27.1％），有效16
例（33.3％），无效10 例（20.8％），脱落3 例（6.3%），总有效率72.9％，治疗1 年与治疗前、治疗2 年
与治疗1 年、治疗3 年与治疗2 年各项中医症候评分比较有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论：“春秋分免疫贴”
在治疗风寒湿痹阻型产后风湿症上有显著疗效，并随着治疗时间的延长疗效逐渐提高。

Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the "Spring and Autumn immune sub-paste" treatment
for postpartum rheumatism. Method: "Spring and Autumn sub-immune paste" treatment for 48 patients with
postpartum rheumatism three years continuously, observe the clinical efficacy before and after the "Spring and
Autumn immune paste" for wind–cold–damp Blockage type of postpartum rheumatism ,and compare TCM
syndrome score. Results: After the "Spring and Autumn sub-immune paste" for three consecutive years,clinical
control in 6 cases (12.5%),marked in 13 cases (27.1%), effective in 16 cases (33.3%), ineffective in 10 cases
(20.8%), shedding 3 cases (6.3%), total efficiency of 72.9%, various TCM symptom scores significantly different
(p <0.05),at 1 year of treatment contrast to before, 2 years contrast to 1 year of treatment , 3 years contrast to 2
years of treatment. Conclusion: The "Spring and Autumn immune sub-paste" have a significant effect" on the
treatment of wind–cold–damp Blockage type of postpartum rheumatism gradually improve, and with the duration
of treatment efficacy.
