摘要 近年来，循证医学对中医针灸研究、教育和临床领域的影响日益深入。目前国内研究者在Cochrane
图书馆注册的针灸系统评价增多，随着Cochrane 系统评价和Grade 系统的推广，针灸现代文献研究的质量
不断提升；随着针灸临床研究方法学的不断发展，CONSORT 和STRICTA 的广泛应用，针灸临床研究的
设计、实施和报告的水平逐步提高；循证教育的理念已被引入针灸教学教育改革，针灸临床治疗决策越来
越多体现了循证的原则，示范性的循证针灸临床实践指南已经颁布。同时，针灸研究、教育和临床实践中
存在的一些问题，可以通过国内外学术界的交流与合作、方法学的探索和完善、研究和教育的规范得以解
决，并在此过程中不断推动针灸学术的发展，针灸医学生和医生业务素质的提高，以及针灸临床疗效的提
升。
Abstract In recent years, evidence-based medicine has an increasing influence on Chinese acupuncture research,
education and clinical practice. There are more acupuncture systematic reviews registered by domestic researchers
in the Cochrane Library. With the promotion of Cochrane systematic review and Grade system, the quality of
acupuncture modern literature research has been improved continuously. With the development of acupuncture
clinical research methodology and the applying of CONSORT and STRICTA, the design, implementation and
report level of acupuncture clinical research also has been improved gradually. At present evidence-based
education concept has been introduced into acupuncture teaching education reform, acupuncture clinical
decision-*** more and more embodies the evidence-based principles, and demonstration of evidence-based
acupuncture clinical practice guidelines have been issued. Looking to the future, those problems existing in
acupuncture research, education and clinical practice fields, may be solved through exchanges and cooperation
between domestic and foreign academic circles, through exploration and improvement of methodology, and by
standardization of research and education.
